Rats, this game really played interestingly.The mss32.dll missing error can occur when you try to launch or install a program/game. There is something that feels unstable about this game, at least on my computer. Perhaps a full reinstall would work, but my concern is that first a minor loading problem occured, and then this CTD problem, for no evident reason.no mods, no internet, not even playing anything else other than, perhaps, putting the BI disc in for a short time. I don't need the frustration of putting my hours and heart into a campaign, only to have it weirdly blocked.Īdded two days later: After trying everything I can think of short of losing my save games, I am considering moving on to a different game. I go to My Computer, explore the disc, try to launch from it, and get "MSS32.DLL not found". This evening I try to launch RTW and it CTD after intro. I am on a computer not connected to the internet. Everything has been fine.except I did notice once a CTD when I tried to go to Current Campaign, but I got around that by going around to my latest save.

I have a good, store bought RTW/BI Gold Edition. I would have appended this to an old topic by Aurelianus/Wartrain, but it was archived.
